The hotel has a fantastic location right in the heart of Waikiki, making it super convenient for beach access, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, featuring two full-size beds and not much lighting, which made them feel a bit cramped. The service was hit or miss; while some staff were friendly and accommodating, others weren't very pleasant. Dining at the onsite restaurant left much to be desired, especially the way they handled service requests. Overall, it’s a decent place but could use some improvements in both the rooms and dining experience.

The rooms were a bit cramped and had two full-size beds instead of queens, and the small shower and fridge made it feel less comfortable. There wasn't much lighting at night, making it feel even smaller.

I had a great stay at this hotel, primarily because of its amazing location just 2 minutes away from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean but smaller than I expected, and while the staff was generally friendly, I did encounter some inconsistent service. Although the breakfast was pretty basic, it was free, which added some value to my stay. Overall, I think it’s a decent option for the price, but there are areas that could use improvement.
